SUBSTITUTION POLICY

We are committed to delivering your floral & gift sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. It is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of flowers, plant material, fresh fruit/gourmet/chocolate products and containers pictured.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to accept our "Terms and Conditions" regarding "Substitution" as outlined below. If this is unacceptable, please call us directly at 1-800-679-2300 to discuss your needs.

Flowers

• In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors previously used or shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
• For one-of-a-kind, customized flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may have to substitute with another color.

Containers

• If the floral container / vase previously used or shown online is not available, a similar container / vase will be used.

Plants

• For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
• For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.
• If the plant container used previously or shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Gift Baskets & Chocolates

• In fruit and gift baskets as well as our boxed chocolate truffles, similar products with equal or greater value will be substituted.

DELIVERY DETAILS

We offer floral & gift delivery to all Bloomington & Normal zip codes including Illinois State and Illinois Wesleyan Universities, BroMenn and St. Joseph hospitals and all Bloomington/Normal funeral homes at an $10 delivery charge. Our $20 out of town delivery charge applies to deliveries in Danvers, Downs, Carlock, Heyworth, Hudson, Lake Bloomington, LeRoy, Lexington, and Towanda.
